We write to inform you that our Bank has identified some accounts that have been inactive for two years or more. 

As part of our regulatory compliance and efforts to protect our customers' assets, we kindly request that account holders with dormant accounts visit any of our branches to update their account information.
Please take note of the following directives and accord them with the needed attention;

  1. If your account has been inactive for two years or more, please visit any of our branches with your valid identification (Ghana Card) to update your account information.
  2. Failure to update your account information may result in your funds being transferred to the Bank of Ghana for safekeeping, in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Please note that if we do not receive a response or update from you within three months thus; from 1st May to 31st July, 2025, we would be required to transfer your funds to the Bank of Ghana for safe keeping, in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
